Step 1: Create an account for your business on our website.
Step 2: Fill out the “List a Service” form, which can be accessed either directly from the homepage or via the vendor registration page. On the form, input relevant details about your service.
Step 3: After completing the form, submit it and patiently await approval, typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Step 4: After it’s approved, edit your service availability on your account. It’s listed! Once approved, you can fine-tune service availability through your account settings, completing the listing process seamlessly.
Understanding the vendor registration form can be challenging, so we’ve provided explanations for what to insert in each field to simplify the registration process:
Category: Choose from our list of categories the one that most closely represents your service.
Gallery: Input pictures from your portfolio, or what you want people to see of your business. This is important!
Title: Enter the title of your service that will be displayed at the top of the listing.
Price: Input the base price of your service. This would be the price of your most basic package.
Cancellation Policy: Explain your cancellation policy to ensure transparency with our clients.
Security Deposit: Enter the amount you would require up front in order to carry out the service. This should be no more than 50% of your base price.
Packages: In this section, explain the extra fees involved on top of your base service. For example, as a videographer, you might offer a minimum of 1 hour of service for $100, but your client wants to book you for 3 hours. Add the extra fees and costs associated with this added hour in the packages section. Some examples of “package” elements include customizations, added hours, unique print-outs, additional minutes on a video, digital photos, extra tiers on a cake, etc.
Description: Write a description of what your client can expect from your service, and explain what they recieve at a minimum.
Booking Offset: Enter the number of days you would require in advance notice before the booking is made.
Booking Available From: Set the earliest time available for booking in a typical week. For example if your services start at 7:00AM on weekdays and 9:00AM on weekends, you would choose 7:00AM.
Booking Available To: Set the latest time available for booking in a typical week. For example if your services end at 6:00PM on weekdays and 8:00PM on weekends, you would choose 8:00PM.
Booking Slot Duration: Set the interval between time slots in minutes, or rather, between services in a day. How much time (in minutes) do you need?
Booking Requests: Would you rather manually approve booking requests, or would you prefer them to be auto-booked?
